Great takeout tonight. The Piada pockets are good, could use marinara sauce with them, though. Good food and good service, as always. This place is a staple for us!
My first time at Piada with my friend and let me tell you the food is amazing! My bowl was a Carbonara and it was delicious even without the meat I had added. I will be ordering here more often and introducing my family to Piada the way my friend introduced me to this amazing place with great food!
Had the Carbonara chicken wrap and blackberry lemonade. Wanted something different for lunch without having to wait so I ordered online. Food was great, no wait. My only suggestion is that no customers were being greeted as they walked in. With it being my first time, I was a little confused about the online pick-up process. But I will be going back 😁!
Brought our Warren Harding Swim Team there and the manager amd staff did a wonderful job for our team. Service was on point, food was very good and the eating area was clean!
Got my fix of Italian food in a bowl here! Alexis helped me create a concoction that left me full and almost unable to move....it was so good! Great customer service and she was very helpful since it was my first time here. Thank you for helping to fill my belly after I took a long walk in the Cuyahoga park! I definitely recommend here if you need to carb up.
These people are amazing! Just had 15 people waiting in line and the black male manager took charge and got the line moving like a well-oiled machine. All 5 staff members were professional and courteous under pressure. Bravo!
I stopped by Piada Italian Street Food recently, and I have to say the service really stood out. The place has a great vibe, but what made the experience memorable was the way the staff treated everyone. In particular, jevion deserves a special mention. He’s one of those employees you can tell really takes pride in his work—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Even though the place was busy, he made sure everything ran smoothly and that customers felt taken care of. That kind of energy and attention makes a huge difference. The food was solid, but honestly, the service is what will keep me coming back. Big thanks to Jevion for making the experience way better than your typical fast-casual stop.
The staff is very welcoming and quick to greet you when you walk in. They are attentive, courteous and a pleasure to be around. Great food to go with it as well! I once forgot to add a drink to my mobile order and went to pay for one in store at pickup and they offered it to me for free.
Piada food is amazing. Amazing customer service and I love their avocado chopped salad with grilled chicken. Make sure you try it. Every staff member I encounter has always been very kind and helpful with understanding the menu
Salads were good. The staff member who was making the actual salad seemed out of it, though. He was told to go light on the dressing, and instead, forgot to put any dressing on the salad. When I reminded him, he drenched my salad with dressing. It was a face palm moment. Thankfully, the other salad has light dressing after I reiterated my request to him.
